TIMING
Usually we need a few days notice to schedule a shoot. Allow for 1-3 days turn-around time for webgallery proofs. Rush jobs can be done on short notice and delivered within hours. All shoots are executed when weather and safety permit.
DIGITAL VS. FILM
Most of our aerials are shot digitally, with state-of-the-art Canon EOS 1Ds Mark II equipment, featuring a 16 Megapixel chip. Our digital images more than equal medium format film. Digital photography eliminates grain, has greater shadow/highlight details (D-max), saves you the cost of scans, and always gives you a "first generation" image to work with.
PROOFS, IMAGE FILES & PRINTING
Proofs are shown via webphoto galleries, so our clients can view their images asap. All images that leave our office are custom corrected. To read about our digital imaging process, please visit that page. We deliver our larger photo files on CDs, DVDs or via ftp uploads. Enlargements up to 42" wide are printed in-house on our high-end Epson 9600 photographic printer.
